All attendees to NEHB 2021 are REQUIRED to fill out this form no later than Thursday, July 1, 2021
The default housing arrangements are:

arriving on Friday, departing on Sunday (2 nights)
shared room with 2 queen beds
random roommate
no special meal or medical concerns

Special Requests

I would like to arrive a Thursday night and or stay over Sunday. *

The basic package includes a room with 2 double beds share with another brigade participant. The room cost is $125 for a double, a single is $188, or a double with a guest is $188. *

I would like to share my room with the following attendee. Note: your prospective roommate must also fill out this form and request you or no action will be taken. *

If you are bringing a guest, and they will be joining for some or all meals, there is an additional charge. Breakfast and lunch is $20 per, and dinners are $35 per. When you click submit, you will be taken to a web page and have an option to pay for these meals.

Extra hotel rooms (Saturday night only) for friends or family who might want to stay overnight at the hotel after the show. For this night only they will get the same price as attendees of $125
Extra meal tickets for family or friends who wish to join you for any/all meals

These items will have to be paid for in advance on the next page, Meal tickets you purchase will be in your packet at registration. For extra Saturday night rooms, please provide the name of the person who will register.
