Please note: Attendance at a NEHB Rally is by invitation. Invitations are issued to men who have demonstrated through their quartetting experience that they have the ability and desire to learn twelve songs of medium to hard difficulty word- and note-perfectly within a four or five month period. Your application should speak to your quartetting experience. Once you have been to your first Rally you will see that there are reasons for this.

Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an invitation to attend NEHB. If you are a first-time attendee (and not a member of another Brigade) you will be assigned a Musical Mentor. (If you know a member of NEHB who sings your voice part, who will be attending in 2023, and who agrees to be your Mentor, the member MUST inform the registrar PERSONALLY by email that he has agreed to be your Mentor.)

Your Mentor will share your voice part and will be attending the Rally.  He will work with you during the months leading up to the Rally while you learn your music, and he will try to attend run throughs with you. He will also listen to recordings you send him and provide you with feedback.  We want you to work closely with your Mentor to ensure that you will be 100% prepared and thus will have a successful experience at the NEHB Rally weekend.

Hopefully you have read the "About" page to become familiar with what a Brigade weekend asks of you and offers you. However, you may also click here to download a Prospectus which provides additional information.

COVID-19 Note: To attend the 2023 NEHB Rally you will have to be fully vaccinated with at least one booster, and you will have to provide proof of same.
